Positions Available:

  • Project Director ($25/hr): Lead a three-year ANA-funded initiative training 24 local farmers in the sustainable cultivation of culturally significant CHamoru crops. Requires a passionate advocate for food sovereignty, cultural preservation, and community development.

  • Farm Operations Manager ($18/hr): Oversee agricultural activities for a three-year ANA-funded initiative training 24 local farmers in the sustainable cultivation of culturally significant CHamoru crops. Requires expertise in traditional Pacific Island agriculture and the ability to teach community members.

  • Project Support Specialist ($15/hr): To provide essential administrative and programmatic support for the Sagan Dinekko' Project, a three-year ANA-funded initiative training 24 local farmers in the sustainable cultivation of culturally significant CHamoru crops. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to supporting food sovereignty and cultural preservation through effective project administration.

  • Garden Assistant ($12/hr):
    Support garden operations by assisting with daily tasks such as watering plants, weeding, planting, and general upkeep of garden spaces. Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive environment while contributing to sustainable practices. This role is essential in ensuring the health of plants and the success of our gardening initiatives, advancing our mission of promoting food sovereignty and sustainability. Compensation may increase based on relevant experience and qualifications.
